Four-Year Planning Appointments

Are you wondering how class choices and extra-curricular activities could impact college admissions and/or scholarships in the future?  High school is an exciting time for students to learn what they like and what they don’t like, but it is also an important time to develop skills needed for college and career readiness. It is also a great time to develop study skills and leadership skills. High school today provides students with a broad range of choices- both in and out of the classroom.  We use an introductory tool called iStart Strong to explore possible interests along with our experience to provide recommendations.

Takeaway

Taking into consideration the goals and the unique set of skills and interests of your student, we develop a full tentative four-year plan, including: course options, a testing plan, extra-curricular options, leadership options, career interest appropriate for the goals set. Leave with a strong understanding of college admissions expectations and a plan to move your student towards their goals. There is always plenty of time to answer your questions.
